She found her way back to feeling happy & confident...

When I met Amber she was an anxious teenager that had a hard time making it through the day at school.  She wasn't the same kid I remembered when she would babysit my kids on nights my husband and I would sneak away for a date night.  She was unsure about getting coached by me, but luckily her parents signed her up so that she could implement some healthy changes in her life. In the beginning, our conversations went really slow and it was hard to get her to talk about what was going on in her life that was causing her to have anxiety. We worked on coping mechanisms to help calm herself down and did a lot of exercises to help her connect the relationship with nutrition to her mental health. In the end she was back to herself, being the saucy happy teenager she was meant to be. She gained confidence in herself to finish school and go to college and get a degree in cooking. Something that she loved doing for her family and now could do it for more people.
